These terms govern your use of the Ironwood & Cedar Fence Co. website. By using this site you agree to them.
Estimates
The linear-foot estimator and any online range are ballpark figures for standard residential installs, provided for planning only. They are not a quote or a binding offer. Final pricing is set in a written estimate after a free on-site measurement, which accounts for grade, tear-out, access and permits.
Scheduling and permits
Install timelines are estimates and can shift with weather, material availability and permit or HOA approval timelines. Where applicable, we prepare the HOA submission and pull the required permit as part of the job.
Workmanship warranty
Our installations carry a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials and hardware are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Warranty coverage excludes damage from storms, impact, ground movement and normal weathering of natural wood.
